Quality accounts

Every year, we review the quality of our services and publish a report called a quality account 

In it we discuss the improvements we have made to our services over the previous year and how we will improve our care in the coming year

We measure quality by looking at:

  • patient safety
  • effectiveness of services
  • patient experience
