It is with great sadness that we share with you the death of Stan Yellin, one of our most well-known wayfinding volunteers.

Stan has been part of our volunteering team for 18 years and alongside Brian Woolnough provided a fantastic wayfindng service to patients, visitors and staff outside team 2 on the mezzanine floor.

Stan was so well known by staff and patients alike - he had a very dry sense of humour and was very quick-witted at the wonderful age of 91.

Our thoughts are with Stan's family - we know he will be missed by lots of our staff.
