We’re delighted to let you know that you can now access your health record online through a portal called Patients Know Best (PKB). 

In this first phase, once you sign up, you will be able to see your personal information and check upcoming hospital appointments from your phone, laptop, or tablet. You will still receive letters and texts from us in the usual way.

Over the next few months, more features will be added including the ability to see information leaflets, hospital letters, scan results and blood tests. 

PKB is free, easy-to-use, and hosted within the secure NHS network, which means that your personal and health information is encrypted and only you as a patient, and the people you choose, can access it. 

What do I need to do?

Sign up through your NHS Login. Once you’ve signed up, you can access through PKB directly or the NHS app.
