Visitors to Queen’s Hospital are being reminded about the fines issued to drivers caught by the enforcement camera on Oldchurch Road/Oldchurch Rise. Anyone caught by the enforcement ANPR camera, which has been in place since August 2016, will receive a fine from the London Borough of Havering, who manage this area.

As a reminder:

  • There is no pass through either side except Ambulances, TfL Buses, Trust Transport listed vehicles and Emergency vehicles
  • Cars can still go to the Oncology area, but cannot make a left turn on exit. They have to exit from bus side road to Rom Valley Way
  • Cars coming from Oldchurch Road can still access the Council run car park on the left.

Please note that as the camera is not operated by our Trust, we unable to answer any queries you may have about fines.

Please visit the London Borough of Havering's website for more information.
