Our Financial Recovery Plan (FRP21) is available to read
Our Financial recovery plan (FRP21) has been approved by our regulator, NHS Improvement and by our Board and is now available to read.
It is an ambitious plan. Over the next two years, we want to move out of deficit and become one of the best performing trusts in the country. Despite the challenges this presents, our patients deserve nothing less.
The data in the document captures where we are at in January 2019. Obviously, the intention is for those areas that are currently RAG rated as red to move to green in the coming weeks as the plan is put into action.
