Providing high quality, safe care to our patients is our priority. We place a strong focus on working together with our patients, partners and staff to drive the changes we need to make to achieve our vision of providing outstanding care to our community, delivered with pride.
Delivering our potential
We have made huge improvements since the Care Quality Commission (CQC) placed us in special measures and were delighted CQC acknowledged our achievements and recognised several areas of outstanding practice when they re-inspected our hospitals in March 2015.

Our original improvement plan was called Unlocking our Potential. Following the re-inspection we refreshed our plan and named it Delivering our Potential. It sets out the actions we need to take to further improve our services, performance and finances, as well as reducing our reliance on agency staff.
